How to receive and redeem the code
After confirmed payment, you receive one digital PlayStation Store code by e-mail. The code can be redeemed once and adds the selected card value to that account's PSN wallet.
- 1On your PlayStation console, go to PS Store and open your profile.
- 2Choose 'Redeem codes' or go to account.sony.com in a browser.
- 3Enter the 12-character code exactly as received by e-mail.
- 4The balance appears immediately in your PSN wallet.
Region and conditions
The country rule at the top of this page determines whether you can redeem the code; check your account country before choosing.
A code is for single use and added credit cannot be moved to another account.
Validity of the code
PlayStation does not state an expiry date for voucher codes. Redeem the code after receipt; the credit will then be in your account wallet and subject to the PlayStation Network terms.

After redemption, you use the account credit for purchases in PlayStation Store. Refunds, availability and use of this credit are subject to the PlayStation Network terms.
