The wallet route
Redeem your code into a free my paysafecard account and the amount sits there as balance. The issuer then deducts no € 3 a month from the remainder, you can merge several codes, and account limits are higher than a single code's (payments are capped at € 50 each).

- Can I buy a game without a credit card?
- Yes. You buy a prepaid voucher or platform credit with iDEAL and redeem the code on the platform. No credit card and no bank link with the platform is needed.
- Is paying with a prepaid code safe?
- You give the platform no bank or card details, only a code. Do treat that code like cash though: whoever has it can spend it, so share it with nobody.
- What if the code's amount does not match the price?
- If the code is worth more than the price, the remainder stays on the code. If it is worth less, paysafecard lets you combine several codes into one balance in a my paysafecard account, or you pick a higher amount.
- Can I combine a voucher and iDEAL on the platform?
- That is up to the platform, not us. Most platforms let you top up credit with the code first and pay the rest another way. paysafecard applies a € 50 limit per payment.
- How long does a code stay valid?
- Validity is stated on the voucher's product page. On an unredeemed paysafecard code the issuer deducts € 3 a month from the remaining balance from the 2nd month; inside a my paysafecard account it does not.
- My code does not work. What now?
- First check that the platform lists the voucher on its own payment page and that your account country matches. If it still fails, contact our customer service with your order number.
- Can I use a prepaid voucher if I am under 18?
- Prepaid vouchers exist precisely for paying without a credit card, but the platform's and issuer's own age rules still apply, and some services set a minimum age.
- Which voucher is accepted in the most places?
- paysafecard. It appears on the own payment pages of PlayStation Store, Steam, Epic Games and Google Play. If a platform lists no voucher at all, that platform's own gift card is the route.
