How to receive and redeem the code

After confirmed payment you receive a unique paysafecard code by e-mail with short instructions. No physical card is shipped.

  2. 2Enter the 16-digit PIN exactly as received by e-mail.
  3. 3Confirm the payment; the amount is deducted from the code instantly.
  4. 4Keep any remaining balance for a future purchase or link it to a My paysafecard account.

Validity and balance

The PIN does not expire; from 30 days after purchase paysafecard deducts € 4 per month from the remaining balance (terms in force from 26-05-2026, art. 2.1.2). Inside a free my paysafecard account that monthly deduction does not apply.

3% conversion fee for another currency (terms art. 7.2); €7.50 redemption fee (terms art. 2.1.1); no fee for payments to online shops.

Region and conditions

From 30 days after purchase paysafecard deducts € 4 per month from the remaining balance (terms in force from 26-05-2026, art. 2.1.2). Account inactivity costs € 5 per month from the thirteenth month; the refund fee is € 7.50. Without an account, payments are capped at € 50 each.

Without an account, the maximum is €50 per payment. Combining multiple codes is allowed.

The code only works where paysafecard is accepted as a payment method.
