How to receive and redeem the code

After confirmed payment, you receive one digital PlayStation Store code by e-mail. The code can be redeemed once and adds the selected card value to that account's PSN wallet.

  1. 1Every PlayStation voucher code has 12 digits. You redeem it via Redeem codes in the PlayStation Store, on a PS5, a PS4, the PlayStation App or in a browser. A 10-digit code is a discount code and only works during checkout.
  2. 2Choose 'Redeem codes' or go to account.sony.com in a browser.
  3. 3Enter the 12-character code exactly as received by e-mail.
  4. 4The balance appears immediately in your PSN wallet.

Validity and balance

Sony states that some voucher codes carry an expiry date printed on the voucher itself. If no date is shown with your code, Sony states no term. Subscription vouchers can have their own expiry date, which is then shown with the code.
