What you can still do with an existing code
A Netflix code bought earlier can normally still be redeemed at netflix.com/redeem, even where the card is no longer sold. The credit lands on your Netflix account and is used automatically for the monthly charge until it runs out. Do redeem it within the validity period printed on the card.
Alternatives that give the same gift
If you want to give someone a streaming subscription, there are two routes. Credit for the recipient's app store, Google Play or Apple, covers a subscription billed through that store in many cases. Or pick a different streaming brand that does still sell cards, such as Disney+, Videoland or a music service.
What to watch out for
App store credit only covers a subscription if it is genuinely billed through that store, not when the recipient pays Netflix directly. Check that before buying, or pick a brand-neutral gift card and let the recipient choose.
