Vad händer med ett restbelopp

Lebara deducts your bundle cost from your credit automatically. Make sure there is enough balance on the renewal date, otherwise your bundle stops and you pay per minute or per MB.

Giltighet

Credit does not expire, provided you call, text, use data or top up at least once every 90 days; after that the line is blocked and the number lapses 30 days later (terms art. 27.3).

Why is my Lebara credit deducted without me calling?

Because your bundle is paid automatically from your credit on its monthly renewal date.

How fast does a Lebara top-up arrive?

The code is delivered by e-mail after confirmed payment. Then check the balance through Lebara's official method.
