Step by step
Pick the brand and amount, go to checkout and select iDEAL. You choose your bank, confirm in the banking app and return to the confirmation page. The code appears there straight away and is e-mailed to the address you entered at the same time. Check that address carefully: a typo is the most common reason a code appears not to arrive.
What you pay
We charge no iDEAL surcharge. Gaming and gift cards have no service fee; low fees for mobile credit and prepaid vouchers are itemised upfront.
If the payment fails or hangs
If the payment is cancelled nothing is charged and the order simply stays open. If the status hangs while the amount has been debited, the order completes automatically as soon as the bank confirms, usually within minutes. Your code then still arrives and is also stored in your Code Wallet.
