You receive a top-up code by e-mail, or depending on the operator the amount is credited directly to the phone number you provided.

- 1. Select the correct phone number and network at checkout.
- 2. Receive the code by e-mail or wait for automatic crediting.
- 3. If you have a code, dial KPN's top-up number and follow the spoken instructions.
- 4. Check your balance via the dial code or the KPN app.
Région et conditions
Only usable for numbers active in NL, since mobile credit is tied to the local network operator.

Validity and the effects of inactivity differ by provider. Check the current rules in the official app, your account or KPN's terms.
Vérifier le solde
Check your KPN prepaid balance with the USSD code *100# or in the KPN app. Both show your remaining credit and its expiry date; the app additionally shows your data bundle and which bundle you can still activate.

- Does this also work for prepaid numbers of family abroad?
- Yes, as long as the number is active with KPN in the stated country, you can top up for someone else.
- How fast does the credit land on the SIM card?
- The operator adds the credit as soon as the code is redeemed. We do not promise a time, because the operator controls it.
- Can I correct a wrong number afterwards?
- Contact support immediately; credit that has already been applied cannot be reversed.
